These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the digital products and services operated by S.R. Arguello Durán, trading as Pikkakola, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) in Almere, the Netherlands (BTW-identificatienummer: NL584683741B01).
By using Sabinitty, our pregnancy and family wellness application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Sabinitty is a digital pregnancy and family wellness application providing organizational and informational tools — including week-by-week tracking, appointments, milestones, journaling and family sharing. Sabinitty is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or midwife.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Sabinitty offers a free plan and optional paid plans (Premium Mamá and Premium Familia) billed via Stripe. All prices are listed in euros (€). VAT is applied as required; while the business is eligible under the Dutch Kleineondernemersregeling (KOR), prices may be VAT-exempt.
You may cancel at any time through the self-service billing portal and retain access until the end of your current billing period. For digital services, by starting your subscription immediately you acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) ends once the service begins, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
You retain full ownership of the content you create (journal entries, photos, logs). Optional AI-powered features are provided "as-is" for informational purposes only and never replace professional medical advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make; always consult your doctor or midwife.

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, Sabinitty (operated by Pikkakola) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All platform code, design, branding, and proprietary AI prompts are the exclusive property of the operator. User-generated content and user data remain the property of the respective user.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, we will erase all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Almere, the Netherlands, unless EU consumer protection regulations provide for an alternative jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
